Sharing the Hope of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

About Katie
Born and raised in the Seattle area, Katie grew up in a pastor’s home. When missionaries visited her church, she loved to hear their stories. After college, the Lord opened the door to take mission trips to the Southwest to work with Native Americans. Katie fell in love with the children and during one of those trips, the Lord impressed on her heart the need for laborers. He led her to become a missionary to Native Americans (primarily Navajo) in Vanderwagen, New Mexico.
Native American Ministries
Life on the Navajo reservation is hard. The land is bare. Jobs are scarce. The poverty level is high. There is a constant struggle with alcohol and drugs. Suicides are frequent. The Navajo people embrace a mixture of false religious beliefs and traditional animistic beliefs. They are lost in spiritual darkness and have no true hope.
But God is piercing through the darkness and giving true hope! He is opening doors to share the Gospel and disciple believers through local church ministries, Bible studies, one-on-one discipleship and Bible camp ministry in New Mexico!
“…pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.” Matthew 9:38 (NKJV)
